Our IDX Platform provides users with the ability to search for properties based on specific criteria. Signing up for an account with the platform then allows the user to also save properties they are interested in, save specific searches, and receive email updates on each.

By providing Google or Facebook sign-in options, users can more conveniently and efficiently make a property organizer account, which grants them access to saving properties/searches and optionally receiving updates about saved searches—greatly simplifying their home-search process. Only their name and email will be stored.

While Google and Facebook sign-ins may increase convenience, users also have the option of creating an account manually by providing their name, email, and phone number.

Additionally, if a user is not signed into a property organizer but would like more information on a property, they automatically submit the form by using one of the sign-in buttons. Submitting via this method will automatically submit the form, create an account for them, and sign them in. Submitting these forms manually also creates an account for the user.

By signing up, users provide consent for the company associated with the website to contact them via email or phone when provided.
